I have been living in Chico for over 34 unforgettable years and am looking forward to helping you with any real estate questions or needs you may have. You’re probably wondering who I am, where I am from, and the kinds of communities I am a part of? I spent fifteen years in my home country in Tehran, Iran managing and running a large television company that of which gave me a number of different experiences in business, marketing, and advertising. I am blessed to have become a U.S. citizen and I consider Chico my true home. For many years I have involved myself in the Chico community doing volunteer work for organizations such as, Chico Rotary club, Boys and Girls Club, Chamber of Commerce, and various other groups in the area. In the simplest terms, I treat each and every client with the respect and sincerity that I would expect if I were in a reversed role.

I feel that it is vital for the realtor-client relationship to get to know your client and their needs in order to fulfill those expectations. I go to great lengths to make my clients happy. When my clients are not just satisfied, but impressed by a deal, I know that I have done my job right.
