In the late 19th century, John Bidwell ( Chico Founder) subdivided a parcel of farmland that ran north from his mansion. As one of the oldest communities it show its age, but it also shares with you its character & history, Enloe Hospital & Chico Nut are 2 of the largest businesses in this neighborhood & it is easily accessible downtown area for dining & shopping & the California State University Chico Campus. Citrus Elementary is the designated school for the area.
